🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cold email marketing campaigns targeted at global prospects.
• Research and identify high-potential prospects in the USA, UAE, Europe, and other global regions.
• Write compelling subject lines, email content, and CTAs that increase open and response rates.
• Use free tools or manual research methods to build quality prospect email lists (No paid tools or data will be provided).
• Ensure all campaigns comply with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Track open rates, response rates, and optimize based on performance.
• Deliver a minimum of 5–7 qualified leads per month.

🧠 Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

• Proven experience in B2B cold email marketing or lead generation (International).
• Familiar with email warm-up techniques, inbox placement strategies, and avoiding spam filters.
• Strong copywriting and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to generate email databases manually using platforms like LinkedIn, Google, web directories, etc.
• Knowledge of using free email outreach tools like GMass, Mailmeteor, YAMM, or similar.

Preferred:

• Experience in lead generation for IT, SaaS, or digital marketing industries.
• Ability to report campaign performance using spreadsheets or Google Sheets.
• Time management and self-motivation for remote working.

• You must independently build email lists and execute campaigns using free tools or manual methods.
• Leads will be verified by our sales team—only genuine inquiries will be counted.
• Payments up to ₹30,000 INR/month are based on performance and lead quality.
• Contract renewals and performance bonuses will be based on monthly reviews.
