🎯 Job Objective:

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Expert (part-time or freelance) who can handle our social channels, generate 30–40 qualified leads/month, and boost overall engagement across platforms.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute creative social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Run targeted ad campaigns (organic & paid) to generate high-quality leads.
• Manage and grow the company’s pages: increase followers, likes, shares, and overall performance.
• Design & schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand messaging.
• Track insights, prepare monthly reports on performance, and optimize for better ROI.
• Respond to messages, comments, and leads promptly to boost engagement.
• Keep up with trends, hashtags, and competitors to innovate content.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and content creation tools like Canva or similar.
• Strong English communication and writing skills.
• Knowledge of lead generation techniques via social media.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Generate 30–40 qualified leads per month from social channels.
