L4RG seeking a highly experienced and exceptionally creative Freelance Senior Graphic Designer to join our team on a project-by-project basis. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of proven experience across a diverse range of design disciplines, demonstrating a strong portfolio and an acute understanding of current design trends and industry best practices. You will be instrumental in translating concepts into compelling visual communications that resonate with our target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual content for various applications, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.
- Develop engaging designs for print media, including brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.
- Create impactful visuals for online media, such as digital ads, email templates, e-books, and interactive elements.
- Design innovative and functional packaging solutions that enhance product appeal and brand recognition.
- Produce optimized web page images and graphic elements for websites, ensuring visual harmony and user experience.
- Craft compelling social media posts and campaign visuals across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) that drive engagement.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet strategic objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest design software, tools, and industry trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing work across print, online, packaging, web, and social media.
- Exceptional creativity, a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Expert-level proficiency in all latest Adobe Creative Suite software, including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and potentially Figma/Sketch depending on web focus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a remote/freelance setup.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and receive feedback constructively.
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
