L4RG US LLC, a leading provider of digital marketing, social media marketing, content development, web & app development, and tech support services, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter. With over 20 years of experience and a global client base exceeding 1,000, we are expanding our team to meet growing demands.
We are looking for an individual who can consistently achieve a target of 15 appointments per month with prospective clients in the UK, US, Europe, and APAC regions. A crucial aspect of this role is maintaining a high conversion ratio of 70-80% from set appointments to successful engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through various channels (e.g., email, phone calls, social media).
- Clearly articulate L4RG US LLC’s services and value proposition to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly appointment setting targets and conversion goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar sales-focused role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, web development, or tech support services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience working with international clients and understanding of diverse business cultures in the UK, US, Europe, and APAC.
Compensation:
- Up to USD$1,000 per month base salary, plus attractive incentives based on performance and conversion rates.
