L4RG looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Freelance Lead Generation Expert / Demand Generation Specialist to drive our client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in identifying, nurturing, and qualifying leads across various digital service domains. You will be instrumental in expanding our reach and connecting us with high-potential B2B and B2C clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to identify and attract potential clients interested in digital marketing services, web and app development, social media marketing, and B2B/B2C tech support.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers for diverse service offerings.
  • Utilize various online tools and platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, B2B databases, social media, industry forums, etc.) for efficient lead discovery and qualification.
  • Craft compelling outreach messages (email, social media DMs, connection requests) to engage prospects and generate interest in our services.
  • Qualify leads thoroughly based on established criteria, ensuring they align with our ideal client profile and have a genuine need for our solutions.
  • Maintain and manage lead databases, ensuring accuracy and consistent follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead handoff processes and provide insights for improving conversion rates.
  • Track and report on key lead generation metrics, analyzing performance to continually refine strategies and achieve targets.
  • Stay updated on the latest lead generation and demand generation trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in lead generation or demand generation roles.
  • Proven track record in generating qualified leads specifically for:
  • Strong understanding of various lead generation methodologies, including inbound and outbound strategies.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and data-driven, with a focus on measurable results.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote/freelance environment.
