This Refund Policy applies to all services, products, subscriptions, invoices, and transactions processed by L4RG Digital Plus LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through L4RG.COM and related payment channels. By purchasing any service from L4RG Digital Plus LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, consulting, technical support, web development, cyber security services, subscriptions, software assistance, and online deliverables, all payments made to L4RG Digital Plus LLC are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. By completing payment, the customer confirms the purchase was made voluntarily, the customer understood the nature and scope of services, the customer authorized the payment, and the customer accepted the Terms & Conditions and this Refund Policy.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once purchased, initiated, scheduled, accessed, delivered, or partially performed. No refunds will be issued for partially used services or unused subscription periods.

Subscription & Recurring Billing

For recurring subscriptions, customers authorize recurring billing during signup or invoice payment; subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan; and customers are responsible for canceling services before the next billing cycle. Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify for refunds.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, maintaining communication during service delivery, providing necessary access credentials or technical information, and maintaining backups of systems, websites, databases, and files. Delays caused by the customer do not qualify for refunds.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks. Before filing any dispute with a bank or payment provider, customers must contact L4RG Digital Plus LLC directly at legal@l4rg.com to attempt resolution.

  • Services may be suspended immediately
  • Accounts may be permanently terminated
  • The Company may submit invoices, signed agreements, communication records, IP logs, support history, payment authorizations, and technical evidence to financial institutions
  • The customer may be held responsible for chargeback fees, legal fees, collection costs, and administrative expenses

Service Satisfaction

While we strive to provide professional and high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions, guaranteed sales or revenue, guaranteed cybersecurity outcomes, guaranteed software compatibility, or uninterrupted or error-free services. Customer dissatisfaction alone shall not constitute grounds for refund.

Exceptional Refunds

Refunds, if approved, are solely at the discretion of L4RG Digital Plus LLC and may only be considered when duplicate payment occurred, a billing error was caused directly by the Company, or the purchased service was never initiated by the Company. Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on banking institutions and payment processors.

Third-Party Services

L4RG Digital Plus LLC is not responsible for refunds related to third-party providers, including but not limited to hosting companies, domain registrars, cloud providers, advertising platforms, software vendors, payment processors, or external APIs or integrations. Any third-party fees paid on behalf of customers are non-refundable.

Fraud Prevention

To prevent unauthorized transactions and fraud, we may require identity verification, business verification, signed agreements, email confirmation, billing verification, or government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification may result in service suspension or cancellation without refund.

Policy Acceptance

By making payment through invoice, payment link, subscription checkout, credit card, ACH, wire transfer, or any other payment method, you acknowledge that you have read this Refund Policy, you fully understand and accept its terms, and you waive rights to unjustified payment disputes regarding authorized transactions.
